Basic spoken words, articulation, vocal agility and freedom, opening the mouth and other training methods to help with grounding, including pronunciation and accent work. Since we work in English, I provide constant feedback as well as help to adapt any script or speech for accuracy. Homework is provided.
When the voice must be used at work, during presentations or on the stage or screen, certain elements of the performance can be overlooked. In order to improve accuracy of the vocal instrument and to become a better performer overall, we can work together on freeing the voice and opening up more possibilities.
Tension is the biggest problem with restricting the voice. Not only does it inhibit the will of the speaker, but it physically restricts their ability to think and believe in themselves. Here we work together on managing stress, relaxing the mind and body and re-empowering our clients with confidence.
