Gagan Malik
Hi Gagan, and welcome to your own personal page, where over the coming weeks/months, you and I are going to be exchanging ideas and working on developing a broader range of skills for presentational expression, speech dynamics, storytelling, dexterity and vocal endurance.
I have no doubts about your ability and know you are dedicated, so it shouldn't prove too gruelling if you maintain a consistent practice.
As we move forward through this process, the exercises, info, worksheets and recordings will accumulate. Where needed I will refer to the 8-week course to highlight any possible areas for consideration.
At times you may find yourself making breakthroughs, and other times might seem like you're going backwards. It can get frustrating, but this is natural. Frustrations are good as they mean you are challenging your body to adopt new habits, so don't be discouraged.
It's good that we discussed your business Idea and entrepreneurial journey as we can really use this to help you personally discover your most expressive self; as it's on a topic you are clearly passionate about.

Our first session
Notes after our first meeting...
"I believe in Creativity, Integrity and Quality"
Nice start!
We will come back to this later but for now, keep it in mind and speak it aloud wherever possible.
Lets move on however and start to build up some more info based on meeting the needs that your product might provide.
Time was certainly one but also I feel in this industry and for your market, there is a real need for consistency. We can start with these two.
When you get a chance, your challenge is to free write on the value of time; as a business, as an employer and also on a personal note.
When you've done that, then write about the value of consistency for marketing creatives, businesses and also in life.
Spend twenty or so minutes just scribbling down thoughts and ideas on these two.
Once this is done It's time to do some research and validate these needs.
See if you can find any articles or books or even ted talks that discuss the value of time and how better time management can increase productivity and revenue. Take notes and add them to your pages.
Do the same on consistency. Especially for marketers and entrepreneurs. Look into evidence as to why it's so important.
Once you have done this, Tidy it up and share it with me by email. no later than Wednesday, please.
We will continue next week and start to form a well-structured text from this info.

The Response...
Problem Statement
Content powers the modern digital world. It is the front door for brands to connect with their customers. Customers interact with content across multiple touchpoints like desktop and mobile as well multiple channels like digital and print. Designing and distributing great content across all channels and touchpoints is challenging since it requires a lot of time and skill to ensure its consistency and efficacy.

User Personas
- Designer Dan - Dan spends a lot of time creating design assets for multiple mediums; print (poster, banners, magazines) and digital Websites, apps, FaceBook, Instagram, Email etc. The process is laborious and very time-consuming. Achieving consistency across all these mediums is a real challenge
- Marketer Mia - Mia needs to quality control and check all the content before distributing it across the relevant channel
- Business Owner Boden - Ben runs a small boutique shop and is a one-man army. He designs distributes and manages all the content himself.

GoalsTo help creators craft beautiful, engaging content that delights their audiences.
Problem StatementContent powers the modern digital world. It is the front-door for brands to connect with their customers. Customers interact with content across multiple touch points like desktop and mobile as well multiple channels like digital and print. Great content enhances your brand perception and builds trust.
In a recent study conducted by Microsoft, the researches uncovered that average attention span of humans has fallen from 12 to 8 seconds since 2000. Grabbing someones attention and developing a sense of trust from the very first impression is therefore critical to the success of every business. The job doesn’t finish here though. You have to make sure that every successive customer encounter is consistent with the first impression and reinforces that trust every single time since inconsistency leads to broken trust. Great brands like Apple and Nike, Coca Cola fully understand this and spend a lot of money and resources ensuring their brand messaging is consistent across every touchpoint.
However, not everyone has the luxury of time, money and resources to expend into effective marketing. Creators waste a lot of time in designing content themselves using an assortment of clunky tools which only offer limited functionalities and the end product is often fragmented and inconsistent. For example, someone launching a small for various digital platforms in multiple sizes and formats. This is a very time consuming and it is very hard to ensure that their brand messaging is consistent across all platforms.
Current SolutionsThere are many tools like Canva, Weebly Hootsuite etc. which service only a tiny fraction of your brand building and audience engagement journey. A user often has to use an assortment of these tools to get their job done
